摘要
碳排放监测是掌握空气质量的关键手段之一,也是助力“双碳”目标实现的重要举措。在新时期,我国逐渐步入到全新发展阶段,对于碳排放监测提出更高要求,需要深入、全面助推碳排放监测体系的构建,保证碳排放监测可以高质量落实,为区域环境保护工作开展提供支撑与帮助。基于此,以碳排放监测体系为立足点,针对碳排放监测体系建设策略进行分析与研究。
Carbon emission monitoring is one of the key means to master air quality,and is also an important measure to help achieve the"dual carbon"goal.In the new era,China is gradually entering a new stage of development,with higher requirements for carbon emission monitoring.It is necessary to deeply and comprehensively promote the construction of a carbon emission monitoring system,ensure that carbon emission monitoring can be implemented with high quality,and provide support and assistance for regional environmental protection work.Based on this,this article analyzes and studies the construction strategy of carbon emission monitoring system based on the carbon emission monitoring system.
