摘要
在化工产品的生产过程中化工安全生产与生产技术管理是保障产品质量的重要前提,同时也是企业实现生产效益有效提升的重要基础,在化工生产过程中两者发挥出了不可替代作用。因此化工企业需要对化工安全生产和生产技术管理给予高度重视。目前国内化工企业在技术管理和安全生产方面仍然存在很多不足之处,对安全生产与生产技术管理之间的关系不能进行合理处理,从而导致化工生产效率受到严重影响,也会影响企业健康发展。因此重点针对化工安全生产与生产技术管理的辩证关系进行讨论,同时针对化工生产及化工企业管理现状进行详细分析,提出了有针对性的解决对策。
In the production process of chemical products,chemical safety production and production technology management is an important prerequisite to ensure product quality,and also an important basis for enterprises to achieve effective improvement of production efficiency.They play an irreplaceable role in the chemical production process.Therefore,chemical enterprises need to attach great importance to chemical safety production and production technology management.At present,domestic chemical enterprises still have many deficiencies in technology management and safety production.The relationship between safety production and production technology management cannot be properly handled,which leads to serious impact on chemical production efficiency and affects the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper focuses on the discussion of the dialectical relationship between chemical safety production and production technology management.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of chemical production and chemical enterprise management in detail,and puts forward targeted solutions,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the sustainable development of China's chemical industry.
