摘要
起重吊机是海洋石油平台常用的关键设备之一,吊机的运转稳定性关系到海洋平台的正常安全生产。现役的海洋平台吊机,多为柴油机或电动机单动力驱动形式。因海洋平台距离陆地较远,交通运输不方便不及时等影响,单动力驱动的吊机在使用上受到很大限制。通过对海洋平台吊机现状进行分析,结合海洋平台发展形势,对柴油机-电动机双动力驱动吊机适应性改造的可实施性、可推广性、安全性、经济性进行分析。
The crane is one of the key equipment commonly used on offshore oil platforms,and its operational stability is related to the normal and safe production of offshore platforms.Most offshore platform cranes in service are diesel or electric motor driven with single power.The use of single power driven cranes is greatly limited due to the impact of offshore platforms being far from land,inconvenient transportation,and untimely transportation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of offshore platform cranes and the development form of offshore platforms,this paper briefly introduces the feasibility,popularization,safety,and economy of the adaptive transformation of diesel motor dual power drive cranes.
