摘要
针对航空发动机电子控制器(EEC)的高可靠性需求,设计了一种双通道热备份方案。在该方案中,两个电子控制器独立运行并相互进行热备份,采用硬件电路进行主/副通道判决和仲裁,在主通道故障时可以快速无缝切换,故障的电子控制器及时重启恢复并作为副通道继续实时热备份。介绍了该热备份方案的设计和实现方法,提高了航空发动机的系统可靠性,具有一定的工程实用价值。
For the high requirements of aero-engine electronic controller,a kind of dual-channel hot-standby solution is proposed in this paper.In this solution,two engine electronic controllers work independently and backup each other,use a hardware circuit to arbitrate and select the primary and vice channel.When the primary controller has been in the fault status,vice controller can switch fast to take over the engine control authority in the proposed solution.This paper introduces the principle and realization of the proposed solution,which can improve the availability and reliability of the aero-engine in practice.
