摘要
为了提高矿工安全绩效,减少矿工不安全行为,使用了系统动力学(SD)的方法,建立了矿工安全绩效影响因素SD模型,使用Vensim PLE软件对矿工安全绩效影响因素机制进行动态仿真模拟。研究结果表明:工作满意度、安全氛围和自我效能感能使矿工安全行为增加,矿工安全行为能使矿工安全绩效提高;工作倦怠和心理负荷能使矿工不安全行为增加,矿工不安全行为会让矿工安全绩效减少。因此,煤矿集团要对矿工的工作倦怠和心理负荷引起重视,提升集团内部的安全氛围,提升矿工的工作满意度和自我效能感,从而减少矿工不安全行为,提升矿工安全绩效。
In order to improve miner safety performance and reduce miners'unsafe behavior,the SD model of influencing factors of miners'safety performance is established by using the method of system dynamics(SD),and the dynamic simulation mechanism of influencing miners'safety performance is carried out by Vensim PLE software.The results show that job satisfaction,safety atmosphere and self-efficacy can increase miners'safety behavior,and miner's safety behavior can improve miner's safety performance.Job burnout and psychological load can increase miners'unsafe behavior,which reduces miners'safety performance.Therefore,the coal mining group should pay attention to the work burnout and psychological load of miners,improve the safety atmosphere within the group,and improve the job satisfaction and self-efficacy of miners,so as to reduce miners'unsafe behavior and improve miners'safety performance.
