摘要
高速铁路项目四电工程直接影响新建铁路的开通运营,而四电工程在施工过程中容易出现差错漏碰等缺陷。结合昌景黄铁路(安徽段)工程实践,提出以设计为引导的EPC模式下四电工程管理思路与方法,以及四电工程创新设计理念和新工艺提升。主要包括:工程施工管理原则、施工过程管理及其成效、创新设计理念及新工艺,实现了设计与施工的紧密融合,对提高铁路四电工程施工质量具有现实意义。
The“communication,signaling,power supply and electrification”system of high speed railway projects directly affect the operation of newly-built railways,while this system is vulnerable to construction-related flaws like errors,omissions,and collisions.This paper presents management ideas and methods for communication,signaling,power supply and electrification engineering in EPC mode oriented by engineering design,as well as innovative design concepts and new process improvements,based on Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan HSR(Anhui Section)engineering practice.It focuses on construction management principles,process management and its results,innovative design concepts,and new technologies that closely combine engineering and construction and improve the construction quality of railway communication,signaling,power supply,and electrification system.
