摘要
党的二十大报告围绕党的建设问题提出了一系列思想深邃、内容丰富、意义深远的重要论断,是新时代新征程党的建设理论和共产党执政理论的经典文献与行动纲领。与党的十九大报告党建部分文本相比,党的二十大报告关于党的建设理论阐述有新的跃升,在历史发展方位、总体布局、执政能力、全面从严治党、干部队伍建设、基层组织建设、反腐败和监督等方面提出了诸多创新性论断。通过对两个党代会报告文本比较分析,准确掌握党的二十大报告中关于党的建设理论作出的新贡献,有助于深刻领会新征程推进党的建设新的伟大工程的新思想、新观点、新要求,科学认识中国化时代化马克思主义党建理论体系构建的战略指向与基本特征,充分把握其中深刻蕴含的党的自我革命意识、政治建设统领意识、党的忧患意识和历史主动意识,增强巩固党的长期执政能力。
The Report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC puts forward a series of important conclusions on the issue of party building with profound thought,rich content and far-reaching significance,and it is a classic document and action program of the party building theory and the governance theory of the Party on the new journey in the new era.Compared with the Report to the 19th National Congress of the Party,the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Party has made a new leap in the theoretical exposition on party building,and put forward many innovative conclusions in the aspects of historical development orientation,overall layout,governing ability,comprehensively strengthening party discipline,cadre team construction,basic-level organization construction,anti-corruption and supervision.Through comparative analysis of the texts of the two reports,we can have a look into the new contributions made in the field of party building by the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Party.This is helpful for deeply understanding the new thoughts,new viewpoints and new requirements of the new journey to promote the new great project of party building,scientifically understanding the strategic direction and basic characteristics of constructing the theoretical system of party building of Marxism adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of our times,fully grasping the Party’s consciousness of self-revolution,consciousness of political building,consciousness of danger and consciousness of historical initiative,and strengthening and consolidating the Party’s long-term governance capability.
