摘要
以西南石油大学为例,较为全面细致地论述了高校资源及能源管理的现状、存在的问题和对策。针对高校能源管理中存在的相关问题,提出了资源及能源管理制度化、信息化、社会化和新能源开发利用等相关的举措和方案,积极响应国家“绿水青山就是金山银山”“节能减排”“碳达峰、碳中和”等与能源相关的政策和措施,为兄弟院校和有关社会机构的同行提供借鉴和参考。
Taking Southwest Petroleum University as an example,this paper analyzed the situation of the resources and energy management of the university.In view of the relevant problems in energy management in the university,this paper put forward the measures and plans related to the institutionalization,informatization,socialization of resources and energy management and the development and utilization of new energy,respond the energe policy of the country such as"the green hill is the gold and silver hill""energy saving and emission reduction""carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",etc.,to provide some suggestion to brother colleges and related social institutions.
