摘要
目的 观察针刺联合平衡训练仪治疗对老年运动认知功能减退综合征(MCR)患者认知功能和平衡功能的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组予以平衡训练仪治疗,试验组在平衡训练仪治疗的基础上加用针灸治疗,2组均连续治疗12周。比较2组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)评分、Koreblance平衡仪静态(睁眼)平衡评分、静态(闭眼)平衡评分、动态平衡评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分,试验组治疗前后Koreblance平衡仪轨迹图。结果 治疗后,2组MOCA评分、BBS评分均升高,试验组均高于对照组(P <0.001);2组静态(睁眼)平衡评分、静态(闭眼)平衡评分、动态平衡评分均降低,试验组均低于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01),治疗后,试验组静态闭眼平衡仪轨迹图、静态睁眼平衡仪轨迹图、动态平衡仪轨迹图均较治疗前更稳定。结论 针刺治疗联合平衡训练仪治疗老年运动认知功能减退综合征患者,能提高患者认知和平衡能力,具有较好的效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with the balance training instrument on the cognitive function and balance function in elderly patients with the motoric cognitive risk syndrome(MCR).Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group was treated with the balance training instrument,while the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of that.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA),Koreblance Balance Instrument static(eyes-open)balance score,static(eyes-closed)balance score,dynamic balance score and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The track diagrams of the Koreblance Balance Instrument in the test group were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the MOCA scores and BBS scores of both groups increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.001).The static(eyes-open)balance scores,static(eyes-closed)balance scores,and dynamic balance scores ofboth groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the static eyes-closed balance instrument trajectory,static eyes-open balance instrument trajectory,and dynamic balance instrument trajectory of the experimental group were more stable than before treatment.Conclusion The acupuncture therapy combined with a balance training instrument can improve the cognitive and balance abilities in elderly patients with the motoric cognitive risk syndrome,which has a good effect and is worth popularizing.
