彭州海相超深大斜度井钻井提速实践

Practice of drilling speed increase in Pengzhou marineultra-deep and highly deviated wells

摘要 川西气田彭州区域海相地层天然气资源储量丰富,自2014年PZ1井发现高产工业气流以来,已成为中国石化重点勘探开发区域,但受制于地层埋藏深、可钻性差、复杂故障多等因素,一直未能有效开发。在区域施工难点分析的基础上,提出了优快钻井技术。结果表明,在直井改大斜度定向井、井深大幅度增加的情况下,通过井身结构优化、直井防斜打直、井眼轨迹优化与控制、钻井参数强化、高效PDC钻头优选、提速工具应用、防塌钻井液体系等技术系列综合应用,所完成的PZ3-5D井与区域前期施工井对比,钻井周期缩短16.58%,机械钻速提高97.24%。形成的优快钻井技术为川西气田深部海相地层钻井施工积累了宝贵的经验,也为中国石化海相气田的勘探开发提供了工程技术借鉴。 Pengzhou marine area of West Sichuan gas field is rich in natural gas resources,which has become a key exploration and development area of SINOPEC since the discovery of high-yield industrial gas flow in PZ 1well in 2014.Restricted by the depth of burial,poor drillability and multiple complex faults,it has not been effectively developed.Based on the analysis of regional construction difficulties,the optimal and fast drilling technology is proposed.The results show that under the condition that the vertical well is changed into a highly deviated directional well and the well depth is greatly increased,through the comprehensive application of a series of technologies such as well structure optimization,vertical well deviation prevention and straightening,well trajectory optimization and control,drilling parameter strengthening,high-efficiency PDC bit optimization,application of speed-up tools,and anti-collapse drilling fluid system,the completed PZ3-5D well has reduced the drilling cycle by 16.58%and increased the ROP by 97.24%compared with the previous construction wells in the region.The excellent and fast drilling technology formed has accumulated valuable experience for the deep marine formation drilling construction of West Sichuan gas field,and also provided engineering technology reference for the exploration and development of Sinopec marine gas fields.
