摘要
我国的城市轨道交通线网规划理论仍处于起步阶段,为了更好地实现城市轨道交通与土地空间的协同发展,对2000年以后的相关文献进行了系统地梳理,具体包括:城市空间对城市轨道交通线路和站点规划设计的影响、城市轨道交通对城市空间的影响、城市轨道交通与城市空间的协调发展机制与评价方法、基于城市轨道交通的城市规划理论重塑等内容。研究结果表明,城市轨道交通与土地空间的协调开发理论与规划方法仍不够完善,缺少整体性的土地开发控制策略,对于城市轨道交通线网规划的后评估研究更是严重匮乏。提出了下一阶段城市轨道交通线网规划和土地空间开发的研究重点,包括编制体系协同、轨道站点与轨道线网重塑城市空间结构、不同地区轨道制式选择与适应性研究等方面。
Urban rail transit line network planning theory in China is still at the beginning stage.To realize the coordinated development of urban rail transit and land space,the relevant literature since 2000 has been systematically reviewed.Specifically,it includes the impact of urban space on the planning and design of urban rail transit lines and stations,the impact of urban rail transit on urban space,the coordinated development mechanism and evaluation method of urban rail transit and urban space,and the remodeling of urban planning theory based on urban rail transit.Research results show that the theory and planning method of coordinated development of urban rail transit and land space are still incomplete due to the lack of integrated land development control strategy,and the post-evaluation research on urban rail transit line network planning is even more seriously insufficient.The research focus of urban rail transit line network planning and land space development of the next stage is proposed,including the coordination of preparation system,the remodeling of urban spatial structure by rail stations and line networks,and the selection and adaptability of rail systems in different regions.
