摘要
传统高桩梁板式码头上部结构常规采用现浇上下横梁、桩帽节点加预制或现浇横梁等结构形式,现场混凝土浇筑量大、工序多、工期较长。结合上海某水上观景平台设计实例,提出一种预留桩基孔洞并预埋支撑工字钢的整体预制横梁结构,取消现浇桩帽结构,解决了预制横梁施工期搁置在桩基上的失稳问题和施工期预制横梁的结构安全问题,实现预制横梁与桩基结构的直接连接。在保证结构整体性的同时,提高了上部结构的预制装配率,大幅减少现场混凝土浇筑量,施工环保,工期更短,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。
Cast-in-place upper and lower beams,pile cap joints and precast or cast-in-place beams are commonly used in the superstructure of the traditional high-pile beam-type wharf,which has large concrete pouring volume,many processes and a long construction period.Based on the design example of a Shanghai water viewing platform,an integral prefabricated beam structure with reserved pile foundation holes and embedded support I-beams is proposed,and the cast-in-place pile cap structure is eliminated.The instability problem of the prefabricated beam on pile foundation and the structural safety problem of the prefabricated beam during construction are solved,and the direct connection between the prefabricated beam and the pile foundation structure is realized.While ensuring the integrity of the structure,the precast assembly rate of the superstructure is improved,and the amount of concrete poured on site is greatly reduced,the construction is environmentally friendly and the construction period is shorter,which can provide reference for similar projects.
