摘要
目的:探讨在公立医院高质量发展背景下首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院学科建设的发展规划策略、创新管理模式及初步成效。方法:回顾首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院近年来学科建设相关的主要规划和创新策略,通过分析2019-2022年医院在学科排名、国家自然科学基金、科技论文、科技奖项等不同维度取得的成效和进步,以及梳理成果产出数量和质量变化趋势,结合SWOT分析探讨高质量发展视角下综合性公立医院学科建设新模式。结果:经过4年学科建设,首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院在学科排名、国家级课题数量、重大科技奖项、论文质量、平台建设等方面,2019-2022年产出呈递增趋势,且更加聚焦高质量成果。结论:在高质量发展视角下,基于新型学科建设发展的管理模式,医院学科建设取得明显成效,对新形势下综合性公立医院学科建设发展具有指导意义和参考价值。
Objective:To explore the development planning strategy,innovative management mode and preliminary results of discipline construction of Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University in the context of high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods:The main planning and innovation strategies related to discipline construction in Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University in recent years were reviewed,as the achievements and progress of the hospital in different dimensions such as subject rankings,National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),scientific and technological papers,and scientific and technological awards from 2019 to 2022,and the changing trend of the quantity and quality of outputs were analyzed,and the new model of discipline construction of comprehensive public hospitals from the perspective of high-quality development based on SWOT analysis were discussed.Results:After four years of discipline construction,Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University showed an increasing trend of output from 2019 to 2022 in terms of discipline ranking,number of national fundation,major scientific and technological awards,quality of papers,and platform construction,and more focused on highquality results.Conclusion:From the perspective of high-quality development,based on the management mode of new discipline construction and development,the construction of hospital disciplines has achieved obvious results,which has to guide significance and reference value for the discipline construction and development of comprehensive public hospitals under the new situation.
