摘要
习近平总书记在中央党校(国家行政学院)中青年干部培训班的六次授课,主题各有侧重又一脉相承,系统阐明了干部成长成才的正确路径。掌握好贯穿其中的世界观和方法论,才能更好地领悟习近平总书记关于年轻干部培养的要求和对年轻干部成长的期望。要牢记习近平总书记的教诲,践行五个方面的“精髓要义”,切实做到理想信念坚定,勇于担当和善于斗争,走好群众路线和秉持清正廉洁,实现本领高强和能力过硬,坚守实事求是和守正创新,努力做不负总书记教诲的党的事业接班人和忠实传人。
General Secretary Xi Jinping gave six lectures for young and middle-aged cadres studying in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee(Chinese Academy of Governance).These lectures have a consistent theme and each of them has its own emphasis and,which systematically clarified the correct path for the growth of cadres.Only by mastering the world outlook and methodology,can we better understand General Secretary's requirements and expectations for the growth of young cadres.We must bear in mind the teachings of General Secretary Xi Jinping,practice the"essence and gist"of the five aspects,be firm in our ideals and convictions,have the courage to assume responsibility and be good at struggle,follow the mass line and uphold honesty and integrity,achieve high ability and become competent,stick to seeking truth from facts and integrity,and strive to be the faithful successor to the Party's cause who live up to the teachings of the General Secretary Xi Jinping.
