门克庆矿31201工作面复合水体下安全开采技术研究

摘要 为评估门克庆矿31201工作面顶板复合水体下煤层开采的安全可靠性,采用理论计算、数值模拟和理论分析的方法,研究了工作面顶板水充水规律和疏降开采的渗流场演变规律,给出了合理的开采技术方案。研究结果表明,3-1煤层覆岩均属于中硬类型,覆岩破坏高度可以按照裂采比15、垮采比6进行预计;门克庆矿首采区工作面直接充水含水层是可疏、可降的;且采前钻孔疏放水使31201工作面初采区域采动裂隙发育高度范围内的含水层水位降至设计值是可行的。上述研究成果可指导工作面的安全开采,为防治水方案提供可靠依据,同时对类似地质条件的水体下采煤提供借鉴。 In order to evaluate the safety and reliability of coal seam mining under the composite water body on the roof of No.31201 Face in Menkeqing Mine,theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis were used to study the law of water filling on the roof of the working face and the evolution of seepage field of sparse drop mining,and a reasonable mining technology plan was given.The research results showed that:the overburden rocks of No.3-1 coal seam were all of medium-hard type,and the overburden damage height could be expected according to the crack mining ratio of 15 and collapse mining ratio of 6;the direct water-filled aquifer in the working face of the first mining area of Menkeqing mine could be sparred and lowered;and it was feasible to lower the water level of the aquifer within the height of mining fissure development in the initial mining area of No.31201 Face to the design value by sparing water in the pre-mining drill hole.The above research results could guide the safe mining of the working face and provide a reliable basis for the water control program,and also provide reference significance for coal mining under similar geological conditions of water bodies.
