摘要
在测定纺织品pH的实验中,国标GB/T 7573—2009推荐采用氯化钾溶液作为萃取介质,该方法测定结果更为准确。文章评估采用氯化钾萃取法测定纺织品pH实验的不确定度,结果表明:氯化钾萃取法测定pH的扩展不确定度为0.1。不确定度的主要来源为重复性测量、数值修约、氯化钾萃取液的体积和pH计的标定等因素,当置信度在95%时,实验结果及其不确定度为6.80±0.1。
In the test to determine the pH of textiles,GB/T 7573—2009 recommends to use potassium chloride solution as the extraction medium and the result is more accurate.This paper evaluates the uncertainty in the pH test of textiles based on potassium chloride extraction method.The results show that the expanded uncertainty of pH determination by potassium chloride extraction is 0.1.The main sources of uncertainty are repeatability measurement,numerical modification,volume of potassium chloride extract and calibration of pH meter.When the confidence level is 95%,the test result and its uncertainty are 6.80±0.1.
