摘要
急性肺损伤是新生儿中常见的一种危急重症,铁死亡作为一种新型细胞程序性死亡形式,可通过调节铁稳态、氨基酸代谢和脂质过氧化反应参与急性肺损伤的进程。深入研究铁死亡在急性肺损伤中的作用机制可为其防治提供新思路。
Acute lung injury is a common critical illness in neonates.Ferroptosis,a novel form of programmed cell death,plays an important role in the process of acute lung injury by regulating iron homeostasis,metabolism of amino acid and lipid peroxidation.In-depth study of the mechanism of ferroptosis in acute lung injury may provide new ideas for its prevention and treatment.
