摘要
为分析环向预应力筋对LNG储罐扶壁柱及罐壁的影响,基于实际工程,采用ABAQUS软件对扶壁柱在环向预应力张拉时的结构受力进行了非线性有限元分析,研究了张拉控制应力及预应力筋拐点位置对扶壁柱及罐壁损伤程度的影响。研究结果表明:环向预应力筋双侧张拉时,混凝土损伤较小,通过配置水平拉筋抵抗径向力即可。环向预应力筋单侧张拉时,附加弯矩会造成罐壁内侧混凝土损伤,随着张拉控制应力增大,损伤范围及深度增加,但增加速率减缓,直至主裂缝形成时损伤范围稳定;预应力筋拐点位置外移可有效缓解附加弯矩造成的混凝土损伤。
In order to analyze the influence of circular prestressing tendons on the buttress columns and walls of the LNG tanks,ABAQUS software was used to conduct a nonlinear finite element analysis on the mechanical behavior of the buttress columns based on a practical project during circular prestress tensioning.The effects of tensioning control stress and inflection path of the prestressing tendon on the damage of the buttress and the walls were studied.The results show that when the circular prestressed tendon is tensioned in two sides,the concrete damage is light,and disposing horizontal tie rebars can resist the radial force.The additional moment caused by circular prestressing tendon when tensioned in one side can induce damage to the concrete inside the wall.With the increase of the tension stress,the range and depth of the damage extends,until the damage range is stable when main cracks is formed.The concrete damage can be effectively alleviated by moving the inflection point of the prestressing tendon outward.
