摘要
为了让液压转向器更好地适配车辆,提高驾驶感受。从车辆直线行驶和转向行驶两个方面介绍了转向器的工作原理,并对转向控制阀的手力特性曲线进行了理论计算。结果表明:理论上的转向控制阀的手力特性曲线存在一个拐点,计算结果和实际结果比较接近。同时对转向控制阀的手力特性曲线的分段以及影响手力特性曲线的参数进行了深入分析,得到了各参数的影响规律,为设计出合适的转向控制阀提供参考。
In order to better adapt the hydraulic steering gear to the vehicle and improve the driving experience.The working principle of the steering gear was introduced from two aspects of straight line driving and steering driving,and the hand force characteristic curve of the steering control valve was calculated theoretically.The results show that there is an inflection point in the theoretical hand force characteristic curve of the steering control valve,and the calculated results are close to the actual results.At the same time,the segmentation of the hand force characteristic curve of the steering control valve and the parameters affecting the hand force characteristic curve were deeply analyzed,and the influence rules of each parameter were obtained.It provides a reference for designing a suitable steering control valve.
