摘要
密码是经严格科学证明的信息安全技术,在保障网络空间安全、数据安全方面发挥着核心技术和基础支撑作用。海洋数据资源已成为国家重要的基础性战略资源之一。为满足海洋数据安全保护、合法合规性等密码应用需求,本文构建了海洋密码支撑体系框架,具有统一密码基础服务、统一数据保护服务、统一身份认证授权管理和统一密码综合管理四大功能,可保障海洋数据在传输、存储、访问等典型场景中的真实性、机密性和完整性,推动商用密码在海洋领域的应用和创新发展,切实提高海洋信息安全保障水平。
Cryptography,proved by strict science,is an information security technology,which plays a core technology and basic supporting role in ensuring cyberspace security and data security.Marine data resources have become one of the important basic strategic resources of the country.In order to meet the requirements of Marine data security protection and legal compliance,this paper proposes the construction of a marine cryptography support system framework to provide an unified password basic service,data protection service,identity authentication and authorization management,and password comprehensive management to ensure the authenticity,confidentiality and integrity of marine data in typical scenarios such as transmission,storage and access,promote the application and innovative development of commercial cryptography in the marine field,and effectively improve the level of marine information security.
