摘要
目的使用顺磁性微粒化学发光免疫测定法核查肌酸激酶MB(CKMB)结果异常且大于肌酸激酶(CK)的报告。方法选取8例心电图正常,诊断为非急性心肌梗死,但CKMB结果异常并大于CK的血清,分别采用免疫抑制法检测CKMB活性和顺磁性微粒化学发光免疫法检测CKMB的质量,比较检测结果与临床诊断的符合性。结果顺磁性微粒化学发光免疫法测定结果均明显低于免疫抑制法结果。结论顺磁性微粒化学发光免疫法能有效避免异常干扰,检测出实际的CKMB值,能正确反映病情。
Objective To report that the results of creatine kinase MB(CKMB)were abnormal and larger than that of creatine kinase(CK)by paramagnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay.Methods Eight serum samples with normal ECG,diagnosed as non-acute myocardial infarction,but abnormal CKMB results were larger than CK.Immunosuppression method was used to detect CKMB activity and paramagnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect CKMB quality,and the consistency between the detection results and clinical diagnosis was compared.Result The results of paramagnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay were significantly lower than those of immunosuppression.Conclusion Paramagnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay can effectively avoid abnormal interference,detect the actual CKMB value,and correctly reflect the disease.
