摘要
以原子吸收分析法进行矿山地质实验测试工作,试验熔剂采用无水硼酸锂,熔融测定铝土矿中K_(2)O和Na_(2)O的含量。试验结果显示,铝土矿在900℃时熔融20 min,用超声波水浴加热浸取熔融物,固体熔融物在10~30 min内转化为澄清溶液,浸取期间SiO_(2)不聚合析出,浸取速度快,样品溶液制备效率较高,准确度验证测量值与标准值相吻合,试验采用的原子吸收分析法具有可行性。
Geological test of mine was carried out by atomic absorption analysis method.Anhydrous lithium borate was used as the test flux to determine the content of K_(2)O and Na_(2)O in bauxite by melting.The test results showed that the bauxite was fused for 20 min at 900℃,and the molten substance was heated by ultrasonic water bath.The solid molten substance was transformed into the clarified solution within 10~30 min.During the leaching,SiO 2 was not polymerized out,the leaching speed was fast,the sample solution preparation efficiency was high,and the accuracy verified that the measured value was consistent with the standard value.The atomic absorption analysis method used in the experiment is feasible.
