聚乙烯醇/PVA纤维增强混凝料改性参数优化及压缩性能实验

摘要 为了提高混凝土力学性能,以硅酸盐水泥为基体,掺入不同添加量和长度的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对其性能加强,并进行无侧限抗压强度实验。结果表明,加入PVA纤维使水泥达到更充分水化反应程度,形成更致密的组织,增强了整体抵抗变形能力。掺入纤维后使混凝土保持较低固结压力的情况下,将会造成抗压缩变形性能的小幅降低。提高无侧限抗压强度过程中,压缩指数持续降低,形成了更致密的结构,增大了无侧限抗压强度,加入合适长度与含量的PVA纤维时有助于形成更致密的混凝土试块。压缩模量随纤维比例的提高发生先增大再降低变化,当加入量为0.75%时达最大值。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of cement,p.O42.5 Portland cement was selected as the basis,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers of different dosage and length were added to enhance its properties,and the unconfined compressive strength test was carried out.The results showed that the addition of PVA fiber could make the cement reach a fuller hydration reaction,form a more compact structure,and enhance the overall resistance to deformation.When the consolidation pressure of soil-cement was kept low after fiber incorporation,the compres⁃sive deformation resistance of soil-cement was slightly reduced.In the process of increasing the unconfined com⁃pressive strength,the compression index continued to decrease,forming a denser structure,increasing the uncon⁃fined compressive strength,adding appropriate length and content of PVA fiber was conducive to forming a denser soil-cement test block.The compression modulus increased first and then decreased with the increase of fiber pro⁃portion,and reached the maximum value when the fiber dosage was 0.75%。
