摘要
近年来,人工智能发展迅速,在基因组学、蛋白质折叠、疾病诊断、成像和临床任务等广泛领域都取得了重大成功。在骨科中,影像学对疾病的诊断起着非常重要的作用,人工智能技术可以高效、精准地对影像学图像进行预处理和分析,大幅提高诊断的准确性和速度。本研究在查阅大量中外文献的基础上,概述了人工智能的发展情况及其在临床应用上的最新技术成果,并详细地总结了其在骨龄评估、骨密度检测、肿瘤的分型及生存预测、骨关节炎、创伤骨科等骨科分支影像诊断中的最新应用,希望能够为骨科及临床相关领域提供帮助,减轻医师的工作压力。
In recent years,AI(artificial intelligence)technology has developed rapidly and achieved great success in a wide range of fields,such as genomics,protein folding,disease diagnosis,imaging and clinical tasks,etc.In orthopedics,imaging plays a very important role in disease diagnosis.AI technology can preprocess and analyze imaging materials efficiently and precisely,substantially improve the accuracy and speed of diagnosis.On the basis of reviewing a large number of Chinese and foreign literature,this paper outlines the development of AI technology and the latest technological achievements in clinical application,and summarizes its latest applications in bone age assessment,bone mineral density test,tumor classification and survival prediction,osteoarthritis,orthopedic,trauma imaging diagnosis,and other orthopedic branches in detail,hoping to help orthopedics and other clinical fields,so as to reduce the working pressure of physicians.
