摘要
目的:探讨临床医学专业水平测试临床基本技能考试成绩及各项目掌握率,为水平测试实施方案及效果的评价提供参考。方法:选取桂林医学院2021年水平测试技能考试的497份有效成绩为研究对象,分析学生技能考试各项目掌握率,并对其进行信度和效度分析。结果:医学生对医学人文素养,心肺复苏和穿、脱手术衣等项目的掌握率较高,对现病史、测量血压和无菌观念等项目掌握率较低;水平测试6个考站内部一致性Cronbach′sα系数为0.607。结论:水平测试技能考试项目设计基本符合地方医学院校的教学效果评价需要,医学院校应当进一步关注临床医学生现病史采集能力、体格检查和无菌操作等临床实践技能的培训。
Objective:To investigate the proficiency test results of the basic clinical skills examination and the mastery rate of each examination items of chinical medicine,so as to provide reference for the implementation scheme and effect evaluation of the proficiency test.Methods:A total of 497 valid scores of proficiency test from 2021 of Guilin Medical University were selected as the research objects,and the mastery rate of each item,the reliability and validity of the skills examination were analyzed.Results:The students had higher mastery degree of such examination items as medical humanistic quality,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and putting on or taking off surgical gowns,but lower mastery rate of the history of present illness,parameters of blood pressure and aseptic concept and the like;the internal consistency reliability Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.607 in the six test stations.Conclusion:The design of the basic clinical skills examination items basically conforms to the needs of teaching effect evaluation of the local medical colleges and universities,and the local medical colleges and universities should strengthen the training of clinical practice skills for medical students,including the abilities of collecting the history of present illness,physical examination and the improvement of aseptic concept,etc.
