摘要
指出物流行业作为碳排放大户,在进行绿色低碳转型过程中不可避免地遭受各种风险,准确识别并有效防范风险,成为企业重点关注的问题。以顺丰为例,从政策及法律、技术、市场、信誉和财务五个方面对其转型过程中可能存在的风险进行分析,有针对性地提出了物流企业风险防范的建议,希望可以为其他进行绿色转型的物流企业提供参考。
This paper pointed out that the logistics industry,as a major carbon emitter,is inevitably exposed to various risks in the process of green and low-carbon transformation and to accurately identify and effectively prevent such risks has become a key concern of enterprises.Taking SF Express as an example,and from the five aspects of policy/law,technology,market,reputation,and finance,it analyzed the possible risks in the transformation process of the company,and put forward some pertinent suggestions on risk prevention to hopefully provide reference for logistics enterprises undergoing green transformation.
