摘要
随着智能建造的发展,建筑构件的智能生产成为关键环节。文章提出计算机视觉识别在钢筋绑扎中的应用研究,为构件钢筋自动绑扎提供视觉技术支撑。分别针对硬件选择和软件测试开展研究,使用工业相机对钢筋进行图像拾取后,编写算法自动提取钢筋交叉点位置,从而提高钢筋绑扎点自动识别的准确性和稳定性。通过多张照片测试系统,验证了提出的方法可准确输出钢筋绑扎点位置,有效指引绑扎设备。
With the development of intelligent construction,the intelligent production of building components becomes a key link.The article proposes a research on the application of computer vision recognition in rebar tying to provide visual technology support for automatic rebar tying of components.The research is carried out for hardware selection and software testing respectively.After using industrial cameras to pick up images of reinforcing bars,algorithms are written to automatically extract the locations of reinforcing bar intersections,thus improving the accuracy and stability of automatic identification of reinforcing bar tying points.By testing the system with multiple photos,it is verified that the proposed method can accurately output the location of rebar tying points and effectively guide the tying equipment.
