摘要
通过分析典型智慧化工园区建设思路,提出了一种“3+X”智慧化工园区设计方案。该方案利用信息化技术,从安全、环保、应急、封闭化管理、能源、消防、政企互联等方面介绍了智慧化工园区建设的内容,有效提升园区环境质量水平、安全管理水平、应急体系保障和综合监管能力。
A"3+X"smart chemical park design scheme is proposed by analyzing the construction ideas of typical smart chemical parks.Which introduces the contents of the construction of the intelligent chemical industry park from the aspects of safety,environmen⁃tal protection,emergency,closed management,energy,fire protection,government enterprise interconnection using information technol⁃ogy,in order to improve the environmental quality level,safety management level,emergency system guarantee and comprehensive su⁃pervision capacity of the park.
