摘要
知识图谱是一个古老又崭新的课题,是知识工程在新时代的新形态,也是当前人工智能的重要研究方向之一。知识图谱应用于医疗领域在一定程度上对医疗数据以及医患之间的治疗过程起到了很大的助推作用。针对医学知识图谱的构建,从医学数据源、医学知识抽取、医学知识融合、医学知识表示、医学知识存储、医学知识推理、医学质量评估7个方面结合相关文献展开叙述;然后总结医学知识图谱在临床决策支持诊断、医学知识普及、医学问答系统以及智能语义搜索方面的应用;最后就目前医学知识图谱面临的挑战进行讨论,以期为其进一步发展构建提供参考。
Knowledge graph is an old and new topic,a new form of knowledge engineering in the new era,and one of the important directions of artificial intelligence.The application of knowledge graph in the medical field has played a great role in pushing the medical data and the treatment process between doctors and patients to a certain extent.The feature of this paper is the construction of medical knowledge graph,from seven aspects:medical knowledge data source,medical knowledge extraction,medical knowledge fusion,medical knowledge representation,medical knowledge storage,medical knowledge reasoning,and medical quality assessment,and then summarizes the application of medical knowledge graph in clinical decision support diagnosis,medical knowledge popularization,medical question answering system and intelligent semantic search,and finally discusses the current challenges faced by medical knowledge graph,in order to provide reference for the development and construction of medical knowledge graph.
