摘要
以P-N-C型膨胀阻燃体系的有机涂层作为内层,液体硅酸钠和Al(OH)_(3)膨胀体系的无机涂层作为外层,制备了一种复合型钢结构防火涂层。通过模拟大板燃烧法及扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、X射线衍射等技术研究了复合涂层的防火性能和防火膨胀机理。结果表明,制得的复合涂层在遇火后会形成外部陶瓷层包裹内部炭层的复合膨胀层,其中外部陶瓷层坚硬致密,内部炭层均匀多孔,能够长时间有效隔绝热量的传递和有害气体的逸出。经过60 min耐火试验后,复合涂层的钢板背温为213℃,膨胀倍率为15.65,表现出良好的防火性能。
A composite fire-retardant coating for steel structures was prepared with an organic P-C-N intumescent flame retardant coating as the inner layer and an inorganic coating containing liquid sodium silicate and Al(OH)_(3)-based intumescent system as the outer layer.The fireproof and expansion mechanisms of the composite coating were studied by simulated bigpanel combustion method and scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and X-ray diffraction techniques.The results showed that the composite coating,when being exposed to fire,forms a composite expansion layer consisting of an internal carbon layer wrapped by an external ceramic layer.The external ceramic layer is hard and compact,while the internal carbon layer is uniform and porous,effectively isolating the heat transfer and eliminating the escape of harmful gases for a long period of time.The back-surface temperature of the composite coating was 213℃and the expansion rate is 15.65 after 60 min of fire resistance test,showing good fireproof performance.
