摘要
医疗大数据的迅猛发展,医疗模式的深刻变革,检验技术自动化程度的不断提高,为实验诊断学实习教学模式改革提供了坚实的基础。我院以前期建立的吉林省健康儿童检验项目数据为基础,将检验数据与大数据分析手段相结合,建立了儿童检验信息化系统,该系统以动态曲线展示不同年龄段检验项目结果分布。教师讲授及演示信息化系统,学生随时动手操作,并以问题为导向分析数据变化,提出建设性诊疗意见,以此构建新的教学模式。该教学模式提升了学生自主学习和临床思维能力。
The rapid development of medical big data,the profound transformation of medical model,and the continuous improvement of automation of testing technology have provided a solid foundation for the reform of studentcentered laboratory practice of experimental diagnosis.Based on the children's laboratory test project data in Jilin Province established in the early stage,the teaching and research department has developed a children's laboratory information system by combining the test data with big data analysis methods.The system displays the distribution of test results with dynamic curves in different age groups.Teaching and demonstrating system by teachers and operating system by students enable students to be problem oriented,analyze data changes,put forward constructive diagnosis and treatment suggestions,and build a new teaching mode.This teaching mode has improved students'ability of independent learning and clinical thinking.
