摘要
针对排风柜排风量大、能耗高等特点,提出自动门管理系统协同变风量控制系统的节能减排解决方案。结合通风系统差异性系数和排风柜使用系数,对某有机化学研究所实验室排风柜安装自动门管理系统前后的送、排风风量进行对比。安装自动门管理系统具有显著的节能减排效果,具有较高的推广价值。
Aiming at the characteristics of large exhaust air volume and high energy consumption of the fume hood,an energy-saving and emission reduction solution of the automatic sash management system and the variable air volume control system are proposed.Combined with the diversity factor of ventilation system and the use coefficient of fume hoods,the air volume of the supply and exhaust air before and after the installation of the automatic sash management system in an organic chemistry institute was compared.The installation of automatic sash management system has significant energy saving and emission reduction effects,and has a high promotion value.
