直连式“一罐到底”铁水运输工艺及实践 被引量:2

摘要 结合某城市钢厂环保搬迁项目,以物质流短捷、高效,能量流节能、环保为宗旨,在过跨车式“一罐到底”铁水运输工艺的基础上,提出了直连式“一罐到底”铁水运输工艺。通过减少转运跨数量、合理排布高炉出铁口、简化铁钢界面连接等措施,将高炉与转炉中心距缩短至210m,铁水运输连续化程度提高至62.70%,过程温降减少约60℃,极大地节约了钢铁企业吨钢占地和一次投资,加快了铁水罐周转速度,同时为提高转炉废钢比创造了有利条件。 In view of the shortcomings of the existing"one ladle system from BF to BOF"technology of hot metal that the i-ron-steel interface has strong rigidity and weak buffer adjustment ability,and there is still room for improvement in terms of saving the land occupied by ton of steel,reducing the temperature drop of molten iron,and reducing one-time investment and operating costs,etc,combined with the environmental protection relocation project of a city steel plant,with the purpose of short and efficient material flow,energy saving and environmental friendly energy flow,the direct-connected"one ladle system from BF to BOF"hot metal transportation technology based on the transfer car"one ladle system from BF to BOF"technology is carried out.By reducing the number of transfer spans,rationally arranging the blast furnace taphole,and sim-plifying the interface connection between the BF and BOF,the center distance between the blast furnace and the converter is shortened to 210m,the continuous degree of hot metal transportation is increased to 62.70%,and the temperature drop in the process is reduced by about 60 C,which greatly saves the land occupation per ton of steel and one-time investment for steel industry,accelerates the turnover speed of hot metal ladle,and creates favorable conditions for improving the scrap ratio of converters.
