弱光栅技术在隧洞深层围岩变形监测中的应用

摘要 隧洞深层围岩变形监测对确保隧洞工程安全具有十分重要的意义,但传统监测技术难以满足目前隧洞监测的要求。弱光栅传感技术具有高密度、高精度和耐腐蚀性等特点,为隧洞监测领域提供了新的思路和技术手段。本文以平阳县南湖分洪隧洞工程为例,基于弱光栅技术设计了隧洞深层围岩变形监测方案,实现了对隧洞钻爆开挖期和开挖后期的深层围岩变形的原位实时监测。研究结果表明:本文研发的弱光栅感测光缆装置可以有效监测隧洞深层围岩变形;变形主要发生在浅部围岩,随着围岩深度增加变形程度减小;隧洞的钻爆开挖施工影响围岩变形,横向范围可以达到160m,纵向深度范围可以达到25m,且以围岩收敛变形为主;开挖后期围岩变形较小,保持基本稳定状态。研究结果可为同类隧洞工程变形监测与评价提供相应参考。 Deformation monitoring of the deep surrounding rock in tunnel is significant to ensure the safety of tunneling.The traditional monitoring technique is difficult to meet the current monitoring requirements.The weak grating sensing technique has the characteristics of high density,high precision and strong corosion resistance,which provides a new idea and technical means for the field of tunnel monitoring.Based on the weak grating technology,the rock deformation monitoring scheme is designed to apply in the Nanhu flood diversion tunnel project in Pingyang County.The results show that the weak grating sensing optical cable device developed in this paper can effectively monitor the deformation of the deep surrounding rock in the tunnel;the deformation mainly occurs in the shallow surrounding rock,and the degree of deformation decreases with the increase of surrounding rock depth;the deformation degree of surrounding rock during tunnel blasting construction is greater than that during operation,the lateral influencing range of surrounding rock deformation during tunnel drilling and blasting construction will be up to 16Om and the longitudinal depth range up to 25m,and the deformation is mainly shown as surrounding rock convergence;the surrounding rock deformation is small and keeps basically stable at the later excavation stage.The study results could be referred by the deformation monitoring and evaluation of similar tunnel projects.
