摘要
气囊隔振器具有良好的非线性硬特性,在隔振的过程中能有效抑制振幅,避免共振和防止冲击。为更好地分析气囊隔振器的动力学特性,首先分别对气囊隔振器的橡胶材料、气囊复合材料、气体体积和状态非线性进行理论建模,并推导了气囊内气压计算公式;然后,开展了基于ABAQUS软件的气囊隔振器动力学特性分析,研究了不同气压对其刚度的影响规律;最后,对气囊隔振器的动力学特性进行了试验研究。仿真和试验结果表明:该有限元仿真分析方法切实可行,设计精度满足动力学特性分析要求,对气囊隔振器进一步的研制工作有较强的工程指导意义。
Airbag isolator can effectively restrain amplitude,avoid resonance and prevent impact in the process of vibration isolation because of its good nonlinear hard characteristics.In order to better analyze the dynamic characteristics of airbag isolator,firstly,the rubber material,airbag composite material,gas volume and state nonlinearity of airbag isolator were theoretically modeled,and the calculation formula of air pressure in airbag was deduced.Secondly,the dynamic characteristics of airbag isolator based on ABAQUS software were analyzed,and the influence of different air pressure on its stiffness was studied.Finally,the experimental verification of the dynamic characteristics of the airbag isolator was carried out.The simulation analysis and test results show that the finite element analysis method is feasible,and it also proves that the design accuracy of the airbag isolator meets the requirements of dynamic characteristics analysis,which is significant in engineering for guiding further development of the airbag isolator.
