摘要
习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中首次提出“三个务必”,这一提法具有其内在的生成逻辑。在理论逻辑的基础上,实现了文化逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑的辩证统一。理论逻辑方面,“三个务必”折射出对马克思主义关于无产阶级政党建设思想的深刻理解;文化逻辑方面,“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”反映了对中华优秀传统文化中民本思想的继承与发展;历史逻辑方面,“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”体现了对谦虚谨慎、不骄不躁优良作风的传承与创新;现实逻辑方面,“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”彰显了在应对国内外风险挑战中对斗争精神的坚持与发扬。“三个务必”坚持以人民为中心的根本立场,践行党在革命实践中形成的优良作风,保持执政党生机活力的政治本色,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。新时代新征程,对“三个务必”的学理阐释,有利于践行“不忘初心、牢记使命”的责任担当,永葆“谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”的优良作风,提高“敢于斗争、善于斗争”的制胜本领,指引党的第二个百年奋斗目标的顺利实现。
General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of“Three Imperatives”in the report of the 20th Party Congress.This concept,with its own inherent logic,achieved the dialectical unity of cultural logic,historical logic,and practical logic.In terms of theoretical logic,the concept of“Three Imperatives”reflects a profound understanding of Marxist ideology on the construction of proletarian political parties;In terms of cultural logic,‘we must not forget our original intention and keep our mission in mind'reflects the inheritance and development of the people-oriented ideology in the excellent traditional Chinese culture;In terms of historical logic,“must be humble,cautious,and work hard”reflects the inheritance and innovation of the tradition.In terms of practical logic,‘we must dare to fight and be good at fighting'demonstrates the persistence and promotion of the spirit of struggle in responding to domestic and foreign risks and challenges.The concept adheres to the fundamental position of putting the people at the center,practice the excellent style of work formed by the Party in revolutionary practice,and maintain the political essence of the ruling party's vitality,which has important theoretical and practical significance.In the new era and new journey,the theoretical interpretation of the concept is conducive to fulfilling the responsibility of“not forgetting one's original aspiration and keeping the mission in mind”,maintaining the excellent style of“humility,prudence,and hard struggle”,improving the winning ability of“daring to struggle and being good at struggle”,and guiding the realization of the Party's second centenary goal.
