摘要
为研究增强剂对半刚性基层二次再生材料强度的影响,选择包括增强剂A(水泥无机分散剂)、增强剂B(高分子分散剂)、增强剂C(有机固化剂)和增强剂D(聚羧酸减水剂)在内的4种增强剂,以7 d无侧限抗压强度作为评价指标,对使用二次铣刨料的混合料进行研究,分析4种增强剂的作用,选取满足要求的增强剂。结果表明:不同增强剂的掺入对二次铣刨料的混合料强度影响不同,当水泥用量为3%时,增强剂A能使混合料强度提高约12.5%,增强剂B能使混合料强度提高约34.9%,增强剂C能使混合料强度提高约10.5%,而掺入增强剂D的混合料强度有所下降。
In order to study the effect of reinforcing agent on the strength performance of semi-rigid base secondary recycled materials,four reinforcing agents were selected,including reinforcing agent A(inorganic cement dispersant),reinforcing agent B(polymer dispersing agent),and reinforcing agent C(organic curing agent)and enhancer D(polycarboxylate waterreducing agent).The 7 d unconfined compressive strength is used as the evaluation index.The mixing material with secondary milling material was studied to analyze the effect of the four reinforcing agents,and finally the reinforcing agent that met the requirements was selected.The results show that different reinforcing agents have different effects on the strength of the mixture of the secondary milling material.When the cement content is 3%,the strength of reinforcer A,reinforcer B and reinforcer C can be increased by 12.5%,34.9%and 10.5%respectively,while the strength of the mixture mixed with reinforcer D is decreased.
