摘要
网络学习空间中虚拟教师的社会形象影响学习者的学习效果,而学习者对虚拟教师的社会形象存在学习偏好,但现有研究在设计虚拟教师社会形象时较少考虑学习者对偏好的自主选择性和灵活可编辑性。为此,文章依托社会代理理论、具身认知理论和情绪动机理论,提出了包含静态形象、动态形象、语音形象的虚拟教师社会形象设计框架。以此为指导,文章从社会形象环境、模型、数据库三个维度对虚拟教师的社会形象进行了系统性构建,并阐释了其在客户端的实现。之后,文章以小学视频课程学习为应用情境,分析了虚拟教师社会形象的偏好选择对学习效果的影响。文章提出的虚拟教师的社会形象设计框架和虚拟教师社会形象的系统性构建,对于促进网络学习空间中在线教学方式的创变、人机共融的师生协同生态重构具有重要的理论与实践价值。
The social images of virtual teachers in online learning spaces influence students’learning outcomes,and students have learning preferences for the social images of virtual teachers.However,the existing research seldom considers the autonomic selectivity of students’preferences and the flexible editability when designing social images of virtual teachers.Therefore,a design framework of the social images of virtual teacher was firstly proposed relying on social agency theory,embodied cognition theory,and emotional motivation theory,which included static images,dynamic images,and phonological images.Guided by this,the paper systematically constructed the social images of virtual teachers from three dimensions of the environment,model and database of social images,and explained its implementation on the client.Afterwards,taking video course learning in the primary schools as the application context,the paper analyzed the impact of the influence of students’preferences on social images of virtual teachers on their learning outcomes.The design framework and the systematic construction of social images of virtual teachers proposed in this paper had important theoretical and practical value for promoting the innovation of online teaching methods in online learning spaces and the reconstruction of teacher-student collaborative ecology with the integration of humans and machines.
