无人机在高层住宅外立面现场检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 房屋的长期使用导致建筑结构、材料老化,产生安全隐患;特别是高层建筑外立面脱落,极易引发安全事故,威胁人们的生命财产安全。因此,对建筑外立面特别是高层住宅外立面的整治愈发呈现需求量大、紧迫性高的趋势。文章结合实践经验,对无人机在高层住宅外立面现场检测中的操作方法及关键技术点进行总结;对比传统检测技术,分析其全面、高效的技术优势;指出应重视防水、防尘、防电磁干扰、镜头及电池维护等日常维护保养工作。 Houses may have potential safety hazard due to change in architectural structure and material aging after long term service,especially the façade of high-rise residence are easily fall and cause accidents that threaten people’s life and property safety.Therefore,the rectification and development of building facades,especially high-rise residential facades,is more and more demanded and urgent.On the basis of practical experience,this paper summarizes the operation methods and key technical points of drones in the on-site inspection of high-rise residential facades;compares with traditional inspection technology,analyzes its comprehensive and efficient technical advantages;points out that it should pay attention to waterproof,dustproof,electromagnetic interference prevention,lens and battery maintenance and other daily maintenance work.
