交联型高分子分离膜的制备研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 膜分离技术具有效率高、投资相对较低、运行维护费用低等优点,在脱盐、环境保护、石油化工、清洁生产、医药和食品等领域得到广泛的应用。常规高分子分离膜在有机溶剂中难以保持形态稳定,限制了其在有机体系的应用,而通过交联改性可以显著提高膜的耐有机溶剂性,继而可应用于物料分离、药物浓缩与精制、溶剂与催化剂回收等过程,具有巨大的应用潜力。本文对高分子分离膜的交联研究进行了总结,根据交联剂引入膜中的工艺阶段,将交联方法分为交联剂预引入法、交联剂同步引入法和交联剂后引入法三种,并进一步根据交联机理或高分子材料对每种方法进行了详述,并对研究的未来趋势进行了展望。 Membrane separation technology has the advantages of high efficiency,relatively low investment and low operation and maintenance costs,and has been widely used in desalination,environmental protection,petrochemical industry,clean production,medicine,food and other fields.Conventional polymer membranes are difficult to retain stability in organic solvents,which limits their applications in organic systems.Crosslinking modification of membranes can significantly improve the organic solvent resistance performance,which enlarges their applications in the process of material separation,drug concentration and refining,solvent and catalyst recovery,showing great application potential.In this paper,the cross-linking methods of polymer membrane were divided into three types,including pre-introduction,synchronous introduction and post introduction,according to the introduction stage of cross-linking agents.Each method was further discussed according to cross-linking mechanism or polymer materials.In addition,this article aimed to provide insights on the future trends of cross-linking technology.
