摘要
压力分散型预应力锚索对保证地下工程尤其是地下厂房顶拱围岩破碎且无永久衬砌的安全稳定有显著效果,通过对以礼河四级电站复建工程地下厂房压力分散型预应力锚索的施工工艺及关键施工技术进行总结分析,以礼河四级电站复建工程地下厂房两侧边墙开挖支护完成后,厂房顶拱及边墙处于稳定状态,支护效果良好,锚索在实际张拉过程中,每组锚索均能张拉至锁定值,成功率较高,锚固段受力均匀,在岩体条件较破碎的条件下能够很好地受力。
Pressure-dispersed pre-stressed anchor cable has significant effect on ensuring the safety and stability of underground engineering,especially the roof arch surrounding rock of underground powerhouse,broken and without permanent lining.Through summarizing and analyzing the construction technology and key construction technology of pressure-dispersed pre-stressed anchor cable for underground powerhouse of Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project,the roof arch and side wall of powerhouse are in stable state after excavation and support of side walls on both sides of underground powerhouse is completed,and the support effect is good.During the actual tension process of anchor cable,each group of anchor cable can be tensioned to the locking value with a high success rate.The anchor section has uniform force and can be well stressed under the conditions of fractured rock mass.
