摘要
将钢渣等体积代替玄武岩细集料制作沥青混合料,研究其路用性能。分别掺加18%、36%、54%的钢渣细集料与全玄武岩集料沥青混合料进行对比,探究不同掺量的细钢渣沥青混合料的路用性能差异。结果表明,细钢渣的掺入对混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性有一定的提升,且均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。而低温抗裂性和体积稳定性都随细钢渣掺量的增加而逐渐降低。根据试验结果,细钢渣掺量在54%以内的沥青混合料的低温抗裂性、水稳定性和体积稳定性均符合规范要求,而沥青混合料的高温稳定性在36%掺量内都能满足要求。推荐沥青混合料的细钢渣掺量为36%以内,最佳掺量为18%。
Steel slag is used to replace basalt fine aggregate to make asphalt mixture,and its road performance is studied.The steel slag fine aggregate with 18%,36%and 54%respectively is compared with the full basalt aggregate asphalt mixture to explore the road performance differences of different amounts of fine steel slag asphalt mixture.The results show that the addition of steel slag improves the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture,and both show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The low temperature crack resistance and volume stability decrease with the increase of the content of fine steel slag.According to the experimental results,the low-temperature crack resistance,water stability and volume stability of asphalt mixture with the content of fine steel slag less than 54%can meet the requirements of the specification,while the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture can meet the requirements within 36%.It is recommended that the content of fine steel slag in asphalt mixture is less than 36%,and the best content is 18%.
