摘要
塑木复合材料因强度高、耐腐蚀和价格便宜等特点,已广泛应用于户外建筑。但塑木复合材料在夏季光照强烈时吸热严重,表面温度过高,影响使用舒适感。通过在聚乙烯基塑木复合材料表层中引入红外辐射功能粒子二氧化钛(TiO 2),并与常规聚乙烯基塑木复合材料层叠,通过共混热压成型的加工方法制备了具有辐射散热功能的双层结构塑木复合材料。该复合材料在8~13μm红外波段的平均发射率高达87.4%,且在0.2~2.3μm紫外-可见光-近红外波段平均反射率达到79.7%。复合材料在阳光照射下的研究结果表明,其表面温度相比常规塑木复合材料,最大降低幅度高达10℃,具备优异的散热性能,有助于其户外应用。
Plastic-wood composites had been widely used in outdoor buildings because of high strength,corrosion resistance and low cost.However,the plastic-wood composites absorbed heat seriously when the sunlight was strong in summer,then the temperature of surface excessively rised,which affected the comfort.In this paper,a double-layer structure of polyvinyl plastic-wood composite with function of radiative heat dissipation was prepared by adding titanium dioxide(TiO 2)which was the particles with function of infrared radiation to the surface layer of polyvinyl plastic-wood composite.And the surface was overlapped with conventional plastic-wood composite and then process by blending hot press.The average emissivity of the composite was 87.4%at 8-13μm infrared band and the average reflectivity was 79.7%at 0.2-2.3μm UV-Vis-NIR band.The results show that the surface temperature of the plastic-wood composite is 10℃lower than that of the conventional plastic-wood composite.The plastic-wood composite with function of radiative heat dissipation in our work has excellent heat dissipation performance,which is contribute to its application of outdoor.
