摘要 “聚合物材料成型加工”实验课程是材料类专业的必修实验课程之一,其教学质量及教学安排将会影响同学们在未来工作中的实验思维与动手能力,对同学的综合实验素质有着至关重要的作用。聚合物材料成型加工实验课程在实际开展中存在着实验动手能力弱、缺乏实验室安全培训、实验设备数量不足、实验课程考核方式单一等问题。对实验课程教学实验过程中存在的问题进行探讨与分析,针对问题优化课程的内容并开展较为合理的课程计划,探索实验课程多元的考核方式,激发同学们的听课兴趣,培养理论与应用结合的高综合素质人才。 The experimental course of"polymer material molding and processing"is one of the compulsory experimental courses for materials majors.Its teaching quality and teaching arrangement will affect students'experimental thinking and practical ability in future work.It plays a vital role in the comprehensive experimental quality of students.In the actual development of polymer material molding and processing experimental courses,there are problems such as weak experimental ability,lack of laboratory safety training,insufficient number of experimental equipment,and single evaluation method of experimental courses.The problems existing in the experimental course teaching experiment process are discussed and analyzed.Optimize the content of the course according to the problem and carry out a more reasonable course plan.Explore the multiple assessment methods of experimental courses,stimulate students'interest in listening to the lectures,and cultivate high-quality talents who combine theory and application.
