摘要
水利是生命之源,民生之根本。近年来,我县加快实施乡村振兴战略,认真贯彻落实“水利工程建设补短板,水利行业强监管”的工作精神,先后建成和开建了花崖河水库、梁河水库、郑河水厂等一批水源拦蓄和水处理工程,改造和完善了洛水北调、店峡南调等“十大人饮工程”以及红崖湾水库等除险加固工程,通过不断完善工程措施和健全监督管理机制,为乡村振兴提供了坚实的水利支撑,本文通过对水利工程质量监督与安全管理工作的分析,提出了建设性的意见和建议,为今后我县水利事业构建高质量发展提供了借鉴指导作用。
