均温型反应器在二甲醚装置改造中的应用

摘要 针对湖北远大富驰医药化工股份有限公司二甲醚反应器存在的已达设计使用年限、催化剂选择性下降、甲醇消耗增加等问题,决定用均温型反应器替代原两段绝热中间冷激型二甲醚反应器进行技术改造。介绍了甲醇脱水制二甲醚的技术原理、工艺流程、均温型二甲醚反应器的结构及特点;详细分析、对比了改造前后气体换热器及二甲醚反应器的运行参数。改造结果表明,均温型二甲醚反应器在控温方面具有一定的优势,改造达到了节能降耗的目的。 Considering the problems existing in the dimethyl ether reactor of Hubei Grand Fuchi Pharmaceutical&Chemicals Co.,Ltd.,such as reaching the designed service life,decreasing catalyst selectivity and increasing methanol consumption,the JW(uniform-temperature)reactor was applied to replace the original two-stage adiabatic inter-quenching dimethyl ether reactor.The technical principle and process flow of methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether,the structure and characteristics of JW dimethyl ether reactor were introduced.The operation parameters of gas heat exchanger and dimethyl ether reactor before and after the renovation were analyzed and compared in detail.The results showed that the JW dimethyl ether reactor had certain advantages in temperature control and the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction was achieved.
