摘要
党的十八大以来,党中央、国务院高度重视数字乡村建设,作出实施大数据战略和数字乡村战略的部署,安徽省委省政府认真贯彻落实各项部署要求,全力推进“数字安徽”建设,并将数字乡村、智慧农业、农业产业互联网发展作为其中的重要内容,积极开展试点示范,创新体制机制,探索有效路径,取得了阶段性成效,但在发展过程中也存在诸多制约因素和问题,阻碍了数字乡村、智慧农业、农业产业互联网的发展。通过总结近年来安徽省的实践经验,分析存在的问题,然后提出针对性对策建议,为下一步安徽省更好更快地发展数字乡村、智慧农业、农业产业互联网提供借鉴指导。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the construction of digital countryside and made the deployment of implementing the big data strategy and digital countryside strategy.The CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and the Peoples’s Government of Anhui Province have conscientiously implemented the deployment requirements and made every effort to promote the construction of‘digital Anhui’,and made the development of digital countryside,smart agriculture and Industrial Internet of agriculture as one of the important contents.They actively carried out pilot demonstrations,innovated institutional mechanisms,explored effective paths,and achieved phased results.However,there were many constraints and problems in the process of development.We summarized the practical experience,analyzed the existing problems,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to the problems,which provided reference and guidance for develop digital countryside,smart agriculture and industrial internet of agriculture soundly and rapidly in Anhui Province.
