摘要
如果把经济平等理解为经济之权利平等、条件平等、结果平等,这三者之间就存在着内在张力。尤其是权利平等与结果平等之间存在着深刻矛盾,即权利平等则结果不平等,结果平等则权利不平等,这种冲突的内在根据是自由与平等或公平与平等的矛盾。经济是人的自由表现的结果,离开人的活动,经济就是无源之水、无本之木,因此,经济平等的内在本质只能是权利平等和条件平等而不是结果平等。而结果平等之所以被纳入经济平等的范畴,其实不是经济自身的内在运作结果,而是从经济外部,从人的平等直觉、平等道德感、抽象政治平等权利等渗透打入的,而内外两相共同作用的结果,就是经济结果大致平等。因此,经济平等并不是一个单纯的经济学概念,而是一个政治学、经济学、伦理学、管理学等多学科共同作用的“综合性”概念。
If economic equality is understood as equality of rights,equality of conditions and equality of results,there will be internal tension among the three.In particular,there is a profound contradiction between equality of rights and equality of results,that is,equality of rights leads to inequality of results,and equality of results leads to inequality of rights.The internal basis of this conflict is the contradiction between freedom and equality or between fairness and equality.Economy is the result of the free performance of people,and without human activities,it will be the water without source and the wood without root.Therefore,the inherent nature of economic equality can only be equality of rights and conditions rather than equality of results.The reason why equality of results is incorporated into the content of economic equality is not the internal operation result of the economy itself,but from the outside of the economy,from people’s equal intuition、equal moral sense、abstract political equal rights and so on,and the result of the joint action of both inside and outside is roughly equality of economic results.Therefore,economic equality is not a simple economic concept,but a“comprehensive”concept of politics,economics,ethics,management and other disciplines.
