摘要
文章介绍了轨道交通装备用电连接器在轨道交通装备上的作用及主要失效形式,作为引起主要失效形式的关键部件之一的大电流接触件,本文重点阐述了国内大电流接触件常见典型的7种对接接触结构(弹簧劈槽结构、鱼鳞簧结构、表带簧结构、密绕线簧结构、扭簧结构、冠簧结构和转簧结构)的结构形式,针对7种结构大电流接触件结构的差异确定试验样件制作的形式及测试试验应遵循的标准和要求,通过对7种结构大电流接触件的接触电阻、单孔拔出力、机械寿命和载流能力的试验测试获得相关试验数据,并对试验数据进行分析,对比各种结构接触件在寿命周期内的性能差异及可靠性,为不同使用工况下接触件结构选型提供依据。
The paper introduces the role and main failure forms of electrical connectors for rail transportation equipment,as one of the key components causing the main failure forms of high-current contacts.This paper focuses on the structural forms of seven typical butt contact structures(spring split groove structure,fish scale spring structure,strap spring structure,dense winding spring structure,torsion spring structure,crown spring structure and rotating spring structure)of high current contact parts in China.According to the structural differences of seven kinds of high current contact parts,the production form of test sample and the standards and requirements that should be followed in the test are determined.The relevant test data were obtained by testing the contact resistance,single-hole pull-out force,mechanical life and current-carrying capacity of seven kinds of structural high-current contacts,and the test data were analyzed to compare the performance differences and reliability of various structural contacts in the life cycle,which provides a basis for the selection of contact structure under different working conditions.
