摘要
对比了ISO 13680标准不同版本的结构和主要技术内容的变化,分析了耐蚀合金无缝管材标准的发展变化历程。可以看出:ISO 13680标准经过三次修订,标准的结构发生了很大的变化;一方面对原有技术条款不断补充完善,不断丰富、趋于严格;另一方面标准适用范围不断扩大,同时不断融入了新的技术要求。耐蚀合金无缝管材标准的发展过程表明科技进步是标准产生的基础,也是推动标准发展的不竭动力。
Compared here in the essay are the changes of the structures and main technical contents of different editions of Standard ISO 13680.Also analyzed is the development history of the said standard.It is shown that after the three revisions the structure of Standard ISO 13680 has remarkably changed;on the one hand,some original technical provisions are constantly supplemented,improved,and enriched,and tend to be strict;on the other hand,the application scope of the standard is getting continuously expanded,and meanwhile more and more new technical requirements have been constantly added.The development process of the standard for the corrosion-resistant alloy seamless tubular product shows that scientific and technological progresses are the basis for the emergence of the standard,and also an inexhaustible driving force to promote the development of the standard.
